CHANGES IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

Carmen Meza resigned from the Board this month and was replaced by Carol Flores.  With the resignation of President Michael Dumanov, Carol was elected President and will serve until the annual meeting in January.  Richard Gallegoes is now Treasurer and Karen Draeger, Secretary.  Although Michael is no longer President, he will remain on the board until January, as will Jason Hui. 

There will be three openings on the Board of Directors next year.  Anyone interested in serving should contact management no later than November, 2010 so your request can be forwarded to the Nominating Committee for consideration. 

BUILDING REPAIRS 

All of the chimneys were completed this week.  However, repairs will continue throughout the complex over the next few months.  We ask the cooperation of all homeowners as the work continues.  Please keep in mind that although repairs cause some inconvenience, the ultimate goal is to improve the property which will add value to your investment.  We ask that you treat all contractors courteously and if you have a complaint, call management. 

QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS 

We ask that you continue the policy of contacting management with questions and/or complaints.  Individual board members can not solve your problems.  You may also ask to be put on the agenda of monthly board meetings where both management and board members are better equipped to address and resolve your concerns.
